Pesticide Control Board

The New Hampshire Pesticide Control Board establishes and reviews state pesticide control policy, adopts rules, and oversees the activity of the Division of Pesticide Control.

Pes 500 Restrictions on the Application of Pesticides By Commercial Applicators and Permittess, Pes 700 Sale and Use of Pesticides, and Pes 1000 Restrictions on the Use of Pesticides to Protect Ground and Surface Waters

The main purpose of this rulemaking proposal is to re-adopt expiring rules.
