Notice of Rulemaking:

Pes 701.06 Restricted Use Materials

The purpose of this rulemaking proposal is to list Acetochlor as a restricted use pesticide and require its use to include at least a 50 foot setback from private water wells. Acetochlor is an herbicide mainly used with corn production. A public hearing is schedueld for February 24, 2025, 9:30 a.m. in Room 208, 1 Granite Place South, Concord, New Hampshire.
