Pesticide Control Board

The New Hampshire Pesticide Control Board establishes and reviews state pesticide control policy, adopts rules, and oversees the activity of the Division of Pesticide Control.

Notice of Rulemaking:

 

Pes 800 Disposal and Storage of Pesticides and Pesticide Containers.

The main purpose of this rulemaking proposal is to re-adopt expiring rules. A public hearing was held in December 2023 and readoption is expected in 2024.
