Pesticide Control Board

The New Hampshire Pesticide Control Board establishes and reviews state pesticide control policy, adopts rules, and oversees the activity of the Division of Pesticide Control.

The majority of this rulemaking proposal is in response to revisions made in federal regulations with regard to the use and sale of restricted use pesticides.
