Treats are considered to be food because they provide nutrition, taste and aroma. Therefore, the New Hampshire Commercial Feed Law does apply to treats.

$75/product. Products produced in more than one size or shape only require one registration fee.

Feed needs to be registered annually. Registrations are due by December 31st each year for the following calendar year. Products that are "new" may be added to a company's registration throughout the year.
