Yes, refer to the online form.
Can I be qualified for the program based on income?
Yes, you may be qualified based on the gross monthly income of the household. All applicants must speak directly to an APCP representative regarding the income guidelines. Please call (603) 271-3697.
How many animals can I get help for through the program?
Applicants can be approved for up to 3 animals in a 5 year period.
Why is a copy of a photo identification necessary?
A photo identification is necessary to verify the identity of the applicant and their residence in New Hampshire.
How long does it normally take to process an application?
After an application is received in its entirety, processing can take 10-14 business days.
Can an applicant choose whatever vet practice they want?
Applicants must choose from the list of participating veterinary practices. This list is available directly from the APCP office upon request.
