You can fill out and sign a "Manure Complaint Form." We will not respond to a complaint until it is submitted in writing.

A form can be downloaded from our website; under Div. of Regulatory Services, scroll down to Agriculture Nutrient Management, "BMP Complaint Form" is underlined at the end of the accompanying paragraph.

An inspector from the division will contact the owner to schedule a site visit. If a problem exists the inspector will make recommendations to try to correct the issue.
